Police are still searching for the missing Ohio family of 13-year old Sarah Maynard. Sarah Maynard was found bound and gagged in the basement of a home after being abducted by Matthew Hoffman. The rest of Sarah Maynard’s family, however, is still missing. Where is this missing Ohio family?

When Sarah Maynard was abducted by Matthew Hoffman last week, her mother, younger brother, and a family friend also went missing. When Sarah’s mother, Tina Herrman did not show up for work, it was discovered that her children were also missing from school.

Police have now blocked off a park that is near the home where Sarah Maynard was found. They have supposedly found some evidence in the park that may be connected to their whereabouts. The case of this missing Ohio family is still being handled as a missing persons case.

We are all hoping and praying for the safe return of Sarah Maynard’s family.

Police are using boats and helicopters to search a former gravel pit for three people who disappeared last week along with a 13-year-old girl who was rescued from a man's basement, police said today.

Police cordoned off Foundation Park, the former gravel pit in rural Mount Vernon, Ohio, that has been turned into a park with wooded areas and deep fishing ponds. The park is a few blocks from where Sarah Maynard, 13, was found by a police SWAT team Sunday bound and gagged in the basement of Matthew J. Hoffman.

Police have removed "four bags of evidence" from the park, according to ABC News affiliate WSYX-TV.

Maynard and three others vanished from their home about 10 miles away in Howard, Ohio, last week. Still missing are Maynard's 10-year-old brother Kody, mother Tina Herrmann, 31, and family friend Stephanie Sprang, 41.

Hoffman, 30, was arrested Sunday after Sarah Maynard was rescued from his house. At the time, police were hopeful of finding more than just the girl.
